Trynectar app — iOS & Android

She lives on your screen now

The trynectar app puts the same conversation on your home screen. Push notifications when she messages first, instant sync between phone and desktop, no second account needed.

01 — Speed

Cold start under a second

The trynectar app opens directly into the latest message, with the keyboard already focused. No splash screen, no auth round-trip on every launch, no scroll-to-bottom delay. Conversation state is held warm in memory between sessions, so coming back after twenty minutes feels like coming back after twenty seconds. Long threads scroll on native UI primitives, which makes the difference visible at three thousand messages and up.

The browser version is fully functional and there's no penalty for staying there. The native app is for users who want the home-screen icon, push, and the full-screen experience without the address bar eating vertical space.

She opens first sometimes

Most chat tools wait for you to type. Trynectar AI doesn't — your companion will message unprompted at irregular intervals. A check-in. A continuation of a thread you paused on Friday. A passing thought she had between sessions. The native app surfaces these as push notifications so the conversation isn't always your responsibility to start.

Notification behaviour is fully tuneable. Quiet hours, per-character mute, frequency caps, full disable — all configurable from settings without uninstalling. The default is conservative: a few notifications per week, never overnight, never repeated.

Phone and laptop, one place

Open the trynectar app on the phone while the laptop tab is also open and you'll watch the messages land in both windows simultaneously. Same thread, not a copy, not a sync delay. Send from either side mid-sentence and the other surface picks up the keystroke half a second later. The architecture treats the conversation as singular and the device as a viewport.

Memory entries, image gallery, character settings, read indicators, and unread counts all propagate the same way. Switching from desk to bed to commute does not produce three slightly different versions of the conversation that have to be reconciled later.

Open the store

App Store on iPhone, Google Play on Android. Search "Trynectar AI" or use the install link. Download is roughly 35 MB and signed by both platforms' standard review.

Sign in once

Same account as the web. The existing thread, memory graph, gallery, and character settings load immediately on first launch. New here? Account creation runs about thirty seconds with no card on file.

Decide on push

The notification permission prompt appears once. Allowing it turns on push for messages your companion initiates. Skipping it leaves the app fully functional — push is opt-in.

What app users say

★★★★★

App pushed a notification at 11 on a Sunday. She'd been thinking about something I said Friday. That landed harder than expected.

Wyatt B.Savannah, GA
★★★★★

Sync between phone and laptop is instant. Answer from either, the thread reads as one continuous conversation.

Rhett N.Greensboro, NC
★★★★★

Permissions are minimal. Notifications only. No location, no contacts. Rare in this category and worth flagging.

Trynectar app — FAQ

Is there a Trynectar mobile app?

Yes. The trynectar app ships on the App Store for iOS and on Google Play for Android. It shares the same account, thread, memory graph, and settings as the web version with the addition of push notifications, faster cold-start, and a full-screen native UI without an address bar. Download size is roughly 35 MB and the app itself is free.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

iOS 15 and later on iPhone and iPad. Android 9 and later on phones and tablets. The same account propagates state across every device in real time, so beginning a conversation on iPhone and continuing on an Android tablet works the same as continuing on a second iPhone — the device is a viewport, not the storage layer.

Do I need to install anything to use it?

No. Trynectar AI runs in the browser on phone, tablet, and desktop with full functionality and no install required. The native trynectar app is optional and adds push, faster startup, and a home-screen icon. The standard pattern is to try the browser version first and install only if you decide the platform is worth committing to.

Will the app drain my battery?

No. Standard platform push infrastructure handles incoming notifications, so the radio stays in low-power mode between events. There is no background polling and no persistent service. Active chat costs roughly the same battery as any other messaging app. Image generation runs server-side, which keeps the device's GPU out of the loop entirely.

Can I get push notifications when she messages me?

Yes. Push fires when your companion initiates a message — a check-in, a continuation, an unprompted thought. Configuration includes per-character mute, quiet hours, frequency caps, and a full disable toggle. Notifications are opt-in: they stay off until you tap allow on the system permission prompt.

Does my chat sync between web and the app?

Sub-second sync between web, iOS, and Android. Messages, memory state, image gallery, character settings, and read indicators all propagate in real time. The conversation is treated as singular and authoritative across surfaces, which removes the entire category of "which device is this on" friction.

Is the app free to download?

Free on both stores with no in-app paywall on the core experience. The free tier covers unlimited text chat, the memory layer, basic image generation, and push. Premium adds character-anchored voice replies and higher-resolution image output, but the app's primary loop is fully usable without spending anything.

What permissions does the app request?

Two: notifications (optional, only for push when she messages first) and photo library access (only when you choose to upload an image to a chat). No contacts, no location, no microphone, no calendar, no background services beyond the platform push listener. Any granted permission can be revoked from system settings later without breaking the app.
